From the app
- Open FORGE and go to Profile.
- Under Your data, choose Delete account.
- Confirm the permanent deletion and reauthenticate with your password or Google when requested.
Without the app
Email eliyacohen1223@gmail.com from the email connected to your FORGE account, with the subject Delete my FORGE account. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you used an anonymous account or cannot access that email, explain this so we can help verify ownership. Do not send a password, payment-card details or identity documents. We will reply if more information is needed.
Request account deletionWhat is deleted
Your sign-in account, profile, intake answers, personal plan, progress, coaching records, submitted reports and uploaded task evidence. Deletion is permanent. Remove any saved starting photo on other devices through Profile or by clearing the app's data.
What may remain
Minimal anti-abuse deletion markers, purchase-ownership identifiers and legally required provider records may remain as described in the privacy policy. These do not include your photos, intake answers or coach conversations.
Cancel billing separately
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FORGE and cancel before your next renewal.
